Club pays a fee to send scouts around the globe in foreign academys and if "you are luck" you find young players or not, good or bad ...then you remove them if you dont want it. But the fee must be different for 1 star , 2 star ...etc Is something like gambling :D Gold ofc in global fund or national leagues ... |
