My suggestion is in the title :-)

What about creating a local market for players, in local currencies ? Funds payments could be the same as current.

In complement, local shouts could be a great thing to exchange between players.

And finally, maybe a local Federation's President could be elected by other local players. He may have power of decisions on competition prizes, and other things (perhaps more national teams options ? The President could be the national team's coach too ?).

What do you think of it, dear club managers ? ;-)

This could be of help for starter club to find a means to aquire player within local funds

- if you would select a president they would select league prizes in their advantage. If they would have some influence in national team they would only select ‘enemy players’ to drop their condition so it is easier for them to win.

my proposal:

- keep market as it is

- make national team manager auction. Every month a team can bid on it to be the national team manager for 1 season. Please implement it that it doesn’t give disadvantages like injuries or condition drop, so nobody would suffer from it. This would lead to more funds for the country.

@Twente47, like @Landlord says, its more a way for new clubs to acquire some players easily. I dont think it would destroy currency exchange rate : currently, more players are buying gold and platinum than selling. The exchange rate is climbing every day. In my opinion, this could give another reason to sell those currencies for local ones.

I agree with you for national team. I didnt notice the disadvantages you pointed, so clearly a bid and some rules could be a great solution 👍
