Predicted Progress = Potential * 24hMatch * Tutored * TrainingFacility * TrainingType * Age

Training Grounds: 20% each level. 1.2 - 1.4 - 1.6 - 1.8 - 2 (TrainingFacility)

Coaches: 20% each level. 2.2 - 2.4 - 2.6 - 2.8 - 3 (TrainingType)
